Closed String Staircase
Closed string flights can be free standing, between walls, or multi directional via the use of landings or tapered treads. Sometimes known as a standard staircase.

Cut String Staircase
Cut string staircases are perfect if you want to turn your stairs into more of feature in your home, as long as your staircase isn’t between two walls.

Open riser Staircase
An open riser staircase has spaces between the riser and the tread. This type of staircase gives a spacious feeling and can be a great way of adding light.

Spiral or Helical Staircase
Possibly the most dramatic type of staircase, perfect if you want to add a true touch of grandeur to your home

External staircase
The clue is in the name J generally made from Iroko as it is the most durable hardwood thanks to it’s natural oils, meaning it can go untreated.
